APRIL 12, 2010 - DAILY WEIGH IN

My weight is up again. I gained 0.4 pounds. But if I look at my 7-day average and my 4-week average, I lost 0.2 pounds. Looking at those averages takes away anything that might just be water retention.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

1,996 calories
151.9g fat (68.5%)
105.2g protein
52.7g total carbs
27.1g fiber
25g net carbs, 15.1 of those from veggies

According to the scale, I have lost 1 pound in the past 7 days.
According to my 1-week average, I have gained 0.4 pounds in the past 7 days.
According to my 4-week average, I have lost 0.7 pounds in the past 7 days.

Since I started, my weight loss has averaged around 1/4 pound per week. If I continue to lose at that rate, I will reach my goal of 130 pounds on February 5, 2011.

In the past 4 weeks, however, my weight loss has averaged 1.3 pounds per week. If I continue to lose at that rate, I will reach my goal of 130 pounds on June 15, 2010.
