I lost 2.2 pounds last week, and I lost inches, so with much fear and trembling, I increased my net carbs to 25.
1,808 calories
137.3g fat (68.3%)
93.6g protein
49.4g total carbs
24.4g fiber
25g net carbs, of which 13.1 were from veggies
Starting weight – 142.6 pounds
Ending weight – 141.4 pounds
Weight loss– 1.2 pounds
I lost 1/4” from my bust
I lost 1/4” from my midriff
I gained 1/2" on my waist
I lost 1/4" from my thighs
So since February 25, 2010, here is what I have lost:
Starting weight on February 25, 2010 – 150.6 pounds
Ending weight on April 11, 2010 – 141.4 pounds
Total loss – 9.2 pounds for an average of 1.4 pounds per week
I lost 1/4” from my neck
I gained 1/2” on my biceps (this is good, because I am building muscle)
I lost 3/4” from my bust
I lost 1” from my midriff
I lost 3/4” from my waist
I lost 2” from my navel
I lost 3/4” from my hips
I lost 1/2” from my thighs
I lost 1/4” from my calves
I have a spreadsheet where I track my weight every day. I have a column for my actual scale weight, a column for my 7-day average and a column for my 4-week average.
According to the scale, I have lost 1.2 pounds in the past 7 days.
According to my 1-week average, I have gained 0.8 pounds in the past 7 days.
According to my 4-week average, I have lost 0.6 pounds in the past 7 days.
Since I started, my weight loss has averaged around 1/4 pound per week. If I continue to lose at that rate, I will reach my goal of 130 pounds on January 17, 2001.
But since I was on a plateau for 8 months, that is probably not the right way to look at it.
In the past 4 weeks, however, my weight loss has averaged 0.85 pounds per week. If I continue to lose at that rate, I will reach my goal of 130 pounds on July 14, 2010.
I know these numbers change daily as I gain and lose, but I still like to look forward and dream about what it would be like to reach my goal soon!
