APRIL 27, 2010 - DAILY CHECK IN

I lost 1.8 pounds this morning, so now I weigh 140, 1.8 pounds less than the morning before surgery, 2 weeks ago today. Here is what I ate yesterday:

2011 calories
145.2g fat (68.3%)
126.9g protein
49.1g total carbs
24.1g fiber
25g net carbs, of which 14.3g came from veggies

According to the scale, I have lost 6.4 pounds in the past 7 days.
According to my 1-week average, I have lost 4.8 pounds in the past 7 days.
According to my 4-week average, I have gained 0.2 pounds in the past 7 days.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast
2-egg pumpkin MIM with butter
3 slices bacon

Lunch
Salad with romaine and celery, with my homemade olive oil/lime juice dressing
3 oz. (raw weight) ground sirloin with 1 Tbs. mayo, 1 tsp. butter and sea salt
1.4 oz. raw almonds
1/4 cup Fage yogurt with 3 oz. blueberries and 4 drops Stevia
2.5 Tbs. Isopure Vanilla Protein Powder

Dinner
5 grilled chicken wings with sea salt
6 oz. (raw weight) mushrooms, sauteed in 1 Tbs. butter and sea salt
4.1 oz. raw cauliflower
1 tsp. olive oil


My lowest Atkins weight was 137.6 on November 25, 2009. Only 2.4 more pounds to go to get back there and then on toward 135 pounds!

And all this with eating 2000 calories a day! Unbelievable!
