THE HCG DIET - ROUND 1 FINAL RESULTS

Yesterday was the last day of Round 1 of the HCG Diet.  In six weeks, we will decide whether or not to do another round.  I am willing to do it if I need to, but Bill says he is not and will not!

I lost an average of 0.44 pounds per day for this past 26 days.  I lost 11.4 pounds.

Bill lost an average of 0.34 pounds per day for this past 26 days.  Bill lost 8.8 pounds.

Since we started 26 days ago, I have:

Lost 17.25" total, which includes:
Lost 0.375" around my neck
Lost 0.625" around my biceps
Lost 2.25" around my bust
Lost 2.625" around my midriff
Lost 2.875" around my waist
Lost 2.75" around my navel
Lost 1.625" around my hips
Lost 1" around my thighs
Lost 0.75" around my calves


Lost 0.046 points off my waist-to-height ratio
Lost 0.040 points off my waist-to-hip ratio


Lost 3.8 points off my body fat percentage
Gained 3.8 points onto my lean body mass percentage


Lost 9.4 lbs. of body fat (82.5% of the pounds lost)
Lost 2 lbs. of lean mass  (17.5% of the pounds lost)
Lost 11.4 lbs. on the scale


Lost 2 points off my BMI



Since we started 26 days ago, Bill has:

Lost 11.125" total, which includes:
Lost 0.75" around his neck
Lost 1.5" around his biceps
Lost 2" around his chest
Lost 2.125" around his waist
Lost 0.5" around his hips
Lost 0.875" around his thighs
Lost 0.5" around his calves


Lost 0.032 points off his waist-to-height ratio
Lost 0.042 points off his waist-to-hip ratio


Lost 2.3 points off his body fat percentage
Gained 2.3 points onto his lean body mass percentage


Lost 6.8 lbs. of body fat (77.3% of total pounds lost)
Lost 2lbs. of lean mass  (22.7% of total pounds lost)
Lost 8.8 lbs. on the scale


Lost 1.4 points off his BMI

  1. Your pictures look good. I think your shoulder looks better too. You have not posted much about the PT, is that going better than expected?
    I will be interested to see how your body reacts to going back to more food.
    Wishing you success, nobody works harder at it than you do.

  2. Thanks, Stephanie! PT has been very hard, but I am improving. I'll have to blog about it soon. Although I have not blogged about it yet, we are both reacting well to after HCG eating. I'll try to put something up in the next day or two.
