THE 6-WEEK CURE - THE "MEAT WEEKS" RESULTS


I finished Weeks 3 and 4 of The 6-Week Cure For the Middle-Aged Middle. 


Each day, I had three full meals of real, whole, fresh foods.  It was a pain to have to plan meals, cook and track on Fitday again, but I got into the swing of it pretty quickly and it was nice to eat regularly again.



Here are the averages of what I ate for this past two weeks from Fitday.com:

1652 calories
115.6g fat (63%)
130g protein
23.1g total carbs
9.1g fiber
14g net carbs

In these past two weeks, I have:

Lost 5.375" total
Lost 0.25 around my bicep
Lost 0.5" around my bust
Lost 0.625" around my midriff
Lost 0.75" around my waist
Lost 1.125" around my navel
Lost 0.625" around my hips
Lost 0.375" around my thigh


Lost 0.012 points off my waist-to-height ratio
Lost 0.007 points off my waist-to-hip ratio


Lost 1.7 points off my body fat percentage
Gained 1.7 points onto my lean body mass percentage


Lost 3.1 lbs. of body fat
Gained 1.3 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 1.8 lbs. on the scale


 Lost 0.4 points off my BMI
