I finished my second week of The 6-Week Cure For the Middle-Aged Middle. 

Each day, I had three shakes and one meal.  Next week, I will eat three regular meals of whole foods and no shakes.  Here is the breakdown of what I ate each day and the averages for this past week:

In the past week, I have:

Lost 1.5" total
Lost 0.125" around my neck
Lost 0.125" around my bicep
Lost 0.375" around my midriff
Lost 0.25" around my waist
Gained 0.25" around my navel
Lost 0.5" around my hips
Lost 0.125" around my thigh

Lost 0.004 points off my waist-to-height ratio
Gained 0.003 points off my waist-to-hip ratio

Lost 0.8 points off my body fat percentage
Gained 0.8 points onto my lean body mass percentage

Lost 1.3 lbs. of body fat
Gained 0.9 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 0.4 lbs. on the scale

Lost 0.0 points off my BMI
