I used a free online program to make this virtual model that shows the difference between 158 pounds (my starting weight), 144 pounds (my present weight-ish) and 130 pounds (my goal weight).
I wish there was a way to do it by body fat percentage instead on pounds, but I guess this is pretty close.
The picture below is what it looked like before I dressed it and personalized it with my own face and a nice background.
