THE HCG DIET - WEEK 1 RESULTS

We finished our first week of the HCG Diet - Very Low Calorie Days.   I lost an average of 0.36 pounds per day and Bill lost 0.38 pounds per day.  Bill decided that he does not want his pictures posted here.  Here are my photos of the day we started compared to today, nine days later:




Each day, we had around 500 calories and took the HCG drops three times per day.  Here is the breakdown of what we ate each day and the averages for this past week:



Since we started nine days ago, I have:

Lost 6.375" total, which includes:
Lost 0.125" around my neck
Lost 0.375" around my biceps
Lost 1.375" around my bust
Lost 1" around my midriff
Lost 1.25" around my waist
Lost 0.5" around my navel
Lost 0.375" around my hips
Lost 0.375" around my thighs
Lost 0.125" around my calves


Lost 0.020 points off my waist-to-height ratio
Lost 0.024 points off my waist-to-hip ratio


Lost 1.1 points off my body fat percentage
Gained 1.1 points onto my lean body mass percentage


Lost 2.8 lbs. of body fat
Lost 0.4 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 3.2 lbs. on the scale


Lost 0.6 points off my BMI



Since we started nine days ago, Bill has:

Lost 6.375" total, which includes:
Lost 0.625" around his neck
Lost 1" around his biceps
Lost 0.875" around his chest
Lost 1.125" around his waist
Lost 0" around his hips
Lost 0.75" around his thighs
Lost 0.125" around his calves


Lost 0.017 points off his waist-to-height ratio
Lost 0.029 points off his waist-to-hip ratio


Lost 1.2 points off his body fat percentage
Gained 1.2 points onto his lean body mass percentage


Lost 3.2 lbs. of body fat
Lost 0.2 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 3.4 lbs. on the scale


Lost 0.5 points off his BMI
