21.2g Fiber
18.5g net carbs, of which 11.5g came from veggies
Up until the middle of September 2009, I slowly increased calories and net carbs until I was up to 1,650 calories, 63% fat and 26 net carbs. But I was very slowly gaining weight again – 5.4 pounds – and was back up to 143 pounds.
