MY SLEEP
Yesterday, I went to bed at 9:30 pm, read until 10:00 pm and fell asleep pretty easily. I slept through the night and woke up with an alarm at 6:00 am, snoozed for 9 minutes, snoozed again for 6 minutes and got up at 7:15 am. I would have slept without an alarm, but the kids are coming over this morning and I had to get up early.
